XPlanis is a Swiss transport logistics expert and the creator of X4fleet, a Transport Management System built on more than 30 years of industry experience.

The platform supports transport companies in managing daily operations including order management, dispatching, route planning and optimization, real time status tracking, and driver workflows. Its goal is to bring greater transparency and efficiency to complex transport processes.

About the platform

XPlanis needed a reliable mobile solution that could support couriers throughout the complete delivery process, from depot dispatch to the final destination.

Mood Up designed and developed a mobile application for tablets and smartphones, giving drivers one consistent tool for managing trips and shipments in the field.

The solution was created with real transport conditions in mind, where speed, clarity and usability are critical. The interface supports drivers working in environments affected by factors such as truck cabin vibration and limited visibility, helping them complete daily tasks with less friction.

The application also reduces reliance on manual processes and improves communication and operational visibility across the delivery workflow.

Cross platform courier workflow

The application was developed using Kotlin Multiplatform, allowing core functionality to be shared across Android and iOS while maintaining a consistent experience on both platforms.

The product supports couriers throughout the delivery lifecycle, helping them manage:

The tablet experience in particular was optimized to reduce friction caused by conditions such as cabin vibration and to make essential transport data easier to access during day to day operations.
