This Privacy Policy contains information on how Mood Up team, processes the personal data of all users of its website https://moodup.team/ (hereon referred to as website). The information contained herein is meant to give all users the right to understand how their personal data is gathered, its purpose, how it is managed and the measures we undertake to keep such data secure.

Entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the Sąd Rejonowy Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda w Poznaniu,VIII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego under KRS (NCR) number: 0000465193, VAT-EU number: PL7831693357, REGON: 302256266 is the joint controller of Users’ personal data.
Mood Up team collects the following data:
- Personal identification information (name, email address, phone number).
- Briefs for projects (from clients).
- Browsing data via cookies and pixels.
You directly provide Mood Up team with most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:
- Send us your personal contact details such as name, email address, phone number when downloading our resources such as free books.
- Send us your personal contact details such as name, email address, phone number when submitting a brief on our project estimate page that is found on our website.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or interact with us on any of our message boards or via email.

Mood Up team securely stores your data with access granted only to the administrator of your data. All customer and user data are stored and processed in accordance with the art. 30 clause 1 of GDPR, and will only serve the specific purpose it was collected for.
You are however free to request the deletion of any record we keep, provided the necessary identification details are provided and verified by us. This applies to personally identifiable information such as name, phone number and email addresses.
Mood Up team would like to send you information about news and services of ours that we think you might like. Such marketing content, however, will only be sent with your express approval.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right to stop Mood Up team from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to our partners at any time.
