Legal basis: art. 221 § 1 Labor Code of 26 June 1974, consent of the person
Data recipients may be authorized employees of the Administrator, entities to which personal data must be made available in order to fulfill a legal obligation, as well as entities to which the data will be entrusted by the Administrator to achieve the purposes of processing.
Your data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored until the recruitment process is completed. If you consent to the use of your personal data for future recruitment purposes, your data will be used for 3 months.
In connection with data processing, you have the following rights:
- access to data and copies of data,
- to withdraw consent at any time (applies to processing from the moment of submitting the declaration and in a situation where the legal basis for processing is consent),
- to request correction of data,
- to request the deletion of personal data and to be forgotten,
- to request restriction of processing,
- to transfer data,
- not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling,
- to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
The administrator will not transfer data to third countries or international organizations.
Providing your personal data to the extent resulting from Art. 221 of the Labor Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment procedure. Providing other data by you is voluntary.
Your personal data will not be processed for the purpose of making decisions in an automated manner and will not be used for profiling.
