Full Client Involvement Is a Recipe for Success (Pt. I)

Creating a great app is every client’s end goal and one we can definitely help with. Successful products, however, do not happen by chance and require our clients to work with us very closely, as they are its first users.
Why we insist on this is as ourAgile development approachdepends on fast feedback from clients so that we can, in turn, focus on the coding and deliver a shippable product at the end of our sprint.
This picture is the perfect example of how we work
Some shy away from arguments, but we embrace it as the only way to gain clarity on client requirements is to question, question and question some more! The answers gathered from such questioning sessions allow us to be clear about what is required, the expectations, timelines and anything the client wishes to see on the final product.
As a first user, you will be able to know exactly what you want and communicate your desires. The iterative development that we do will then allow you to see the product come to life, helping you make decisions on what you would like to see added and/or removed.
Such an approach where our development team and client work in hand has proven to be the best for projects numerous times in our experience, and one we intend to continue.
Remember, a project can only move fast if both client and software house work in tandem. Our Project Manager – Wojtek, sums the essence of this approach to working into one sentence:
“The planning phase is very important because that is where the exact scope of a project is defined, telling us what to do and how to do it.”
